APPLICATIONS
Go4customer
makes both custom and standard applications. Most applications
are Semi Custom, a cross between standard and custom applications.
Custom Applications:
At
one end of the gamut, Go4customer creates full custom applications.
We program these applications from the ground up specifically
for each organization. Although we build the application specifically
for your organization, the many previous applications we have
developed allow us to leverage design techniques we have proven
over time.
Off the Shelf:
Certain
industries require a common set of applications. As a result,
Go4customer caters to these industries with off-the-shelf,
shrink-wrapped applications. Banking, Public Utilities, and
Call Centers are examples of other industries we serve with
off-the-shelf applications.
Hybrid:
In many cases we take a hybrid approach and use an already existing application
as a foundation for a new application. In other cases, we use pre-built software
modules. We maintain an extensive software library. We don't have to "reinvent
the wheel".
Unlike most companies, we will modify our standard products
such to meet your needs. Organizations can leverage off modified
forms of our standard products achieving both low cost as
well as customization.
