Infrastructure
Our IVR hosting environment is located in a raised floor state
of the art data center in Jaipur, India. Our network for voice
and data communications utilizes both an OC-3 and OC-12 from
AT&T. The hosting environment currently includes:
- 4 Compaq 5500 Servers running
NT 4.0 with dual 400MHz Pentium III processors, 1 Gig of
RAM, 36 Gig of storage with RAID formatting.
- 792 Voice ports available.
- IVR applications run on
Edify Corporations Electronic Workforce.
- Voice lines and call distribution
provided by AT&T
- Oracle 8.0 plus a host of
other software products
- Cisco routers and firewall
for data connectivity
- Fully redundant, conditioned
power and diesel backup generator
