  • 4 Compaq 5500 Servers running NT 4.0 with dual 400MHz Pentium III processors, 1 Gig of RAM, 36 Gig of storage with RAID formatting.
  • 792 Voice ports available.
  • IVR applications run on Edify Corporations Electronic Workforce.
  • Voice lines and call distribution provided by AT&T
  • Oracle 8.0 plus a host of other software products
  • Cisco routers and firewall for data connectivity
  • Fully redundant, conditioned power and diesel backup generator
